Kapaleeswarar Temple Chennai : My love for visiting ancient temples took me to the famous Kapaleeswarar Temple located in Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a Shiva temple and as per the ancient literature, the form of Shiva's wife Parvati worshipped at this temple is known as Karpagambal. I also gathered much information about this holy shrine like it has 6 daily rituals and 4 yearly festivals on its calendar. Fondest memories of this place are going to remain intact in my mind for years to come.
