Dancing Everything Out

‘Let’s Dance, these two words just works wonders for me – be it a hectic day / fight with hubby/ tensed due to kids all worries and hassles of life go at rest. An enthusiastic and care free me comes out. Dancing brings out the best in me. I just love dancing, an ultimate way to be one own self and enjoy.

Researchers too say dancing is a good game which stimulates brain power, as we need to remember the steps and sequencing along with body work. Dancing is a best exercise for reducing those flabby mass and having a well-toned body. I ensure to dance 30 mins a day; it just relaxing as well keeps me fit.
American Council of Exercise has proved that dancing helps the Alzheimer's patients to recollect their memories when they danced to a song which they were familiar with. Be it a jazz / ball room/ hip –hop dance in all forms is just so exciting.

  • Stretches each muscle and tones every part of our body.

  • Group gatherings, socializing, meeting many people and networking increases. Dancing classes / stage shows / disc all help us be social worthy.
  • Builds up confidence as well provides opportunity to be our own self.
  • Good bye to illness like high blood pressure, heart aches, diabetes, depression and osteoporosis.
  • Tired of trade mill, go dancing get rid of aching heels.
  • Burn more calories while dancing to the beats.

Get yourself out of shells, never worry to Boogie Boogie! With friends / family / partner just go clubbing, dancing the way you love and feel the magic.
