Call it my passion for teaching or the love of being around kids; I just enjoy my job as a full-time preschool teacher. I had been inspired to be a teacher since my school days.
Now, as a preschool teacher with a private school here in Pune, I believe that I am capable enough of make learning easy for kindergarten-going kids. As they are too young and hardly understand things, I get to the grassroots level and make them familiar with the basics of education.
In addition, while doing so, I achieve great pleasure and satisfaction. Yes, there are some days when they are just not in the mood to learn anything new, and then I have to shape up things for them.

Eligibility and Training
First off, it is recommendable that preschool teachers are 12th class pass, with an aggregate of at least 50% marks. Montessori teacher training course is held everywhere across the country, just choose an ideal institution to gain basic training.
Like any other career, remuneration for preschool teacher is based on the experience in the field. For freshers, anything up to Rs 3000 p.m. is expected, whereas experienced teachers can draw in Rs 12000 to Rs 15000 per month.
The profession of teaching has no rigid career structure. If the teacher has been actively taking part in administrative activities, apart from curricular and extracurricular projects, there is a possibility that the he/she might be promoted to the post of vice-principal and principal thereby.
Finally, coming to the career prospects of teaching profession, well, there are too many of them. Firstly, teaching profession is opted by people who prefer flexible working schedule.
The career can be further branched as in tutorial teacher, as it welcomes the possibility of changing careers.
More than anything else, I find teaching a perfect profession. My journey has been fun and satisfying, hoping for many more milestones to achieve!
